Vaporen Gijinka 'Elisa'

the Gijinka of my first Vaporeon (from Blue) ^^ s/he's still my fav pkmn *w*
though I think her level was 89 not 84 >< I CAN'T REMEMBER 'CAUSE I LOST HER ;____________;
now I'm using her in a rp with a friend xD

oh and that red orb around her neck is a starpiece ^^
